Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime — no lock-in, no penalties. If you're thinking about cancelling, you'll also be offered the option to pause instead (up to 60 days). Prepaid plans (6 or 12 months) run for their full term but can be frozen if needed.

Can I pause my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Monthly subscribers can pause for up to 60 days. During the pause, billing stops and your toys are returned at the end of your current billing period. Your toy preferences, AI recommendations, and current pricing are all preserved. You can resume anytime with one tap. If you don't resume within 60 days, your subscription is automatically cancelled. You can pause up to 2 times per year.

What is a freeze month?

A freeze month is available on prepaid plans. 12-month subscribers get 1 free freeze month. 6-month subscribers can purchase a freeze for AED 50. During the freeze, you keep your current toys but skip your exchange. The frozen month doesn't count toward your subscription term, extending it by one month.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds on 6 and 12-month prepaid plans are available if you are leaving the UAE — we'll need your UAE visa cancellation document. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no refund for the current month. For all plans, your toys stay until the end of your paid period.

Can I transfer my subscription?

Yes! If you can't continue, you can transfer your remaining months to a friend or family member. Contact us at hello@kiddostoysclub.com to arrange a transfer. Available on 6-month and 12-month prepaid plans.

What if a toy breaks?

Normal wear and tear is completely fine — kids are kids! We only charge for significant damage or missing pieces. Our toys are built tough by premium brands, so breakage is rare.

Absolutely! You have two options: let our AI recommend toys and then approve, swap, or adjust the selection before it ships — or browse the full catalog and choose exactly what you want. You can also add preferences and toys to avoid in your profile.

What are large toys and is there a limit?

Some toys in our catalog are marked as 'Large' — these are bigger items like play kitchens, Wobbel boards, balance bikes, train tables, and activity walkers. To keep deliveries manageable and ensure variety, we limit the number of large toys per exchange based on your plan: 1 large toy for 3–4 toy plans, 2 for 5–7 toy plans, and 3 for 8–9 toy plans. You can see the 'Large' badge on qualifying toys in the catalog.

How does delivery work?

We deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah for free. Deliveries happen between 8am and 6pm. Our driver brings fresh toys and picks up the previous set in one visit. You'll get your exact 2-hour delivery window the day before.

Every toy goes through our hospital-grade 5-step disinfection process. We use non-toxic, child-safe cleaning agents. Each toy is inspected, sanitized, and packaged in a clean environment before delivery.
