What is the KIDDOS Toys Club?

The Toys Club is an innovative idea to reduce the number of toys wasted and save money on buying toys. Each month you will receive age-appropriate toys for your kiddo(s). We will pick up the toys from the previous month.

How many toys do I receive every month?

We have packages ranging from 4-9 toys. Click here to see all packages.

What happens with the toys when they are returned?

We only use toys that are easily cleaned. When the toys are returned they are professionally cleaned with the newest equipment ranging from eco-friendly disinfecting spray, dishwasher type machines and UV-treatment to kill 99.99% of the bacterias. We dare to say that the toys you receive will actually be cleaner than toys you buy new in the shop or online.

What kind of toys do I receive?

We will personally curate every box and select age-appropriate toys for your kiddo. We work together with the most reputable toys manufacturers from all over the world like Green Toys, PlanToys, Hape and Fat Brain Toys. All our toys are guaranteed to be safe for your kiddos, made in a sustainable way and spark their creativity. We believe toys shouldn't have a screen or batteries!

How do you clean the toys?

All the toys in our Toys Club are made from wood, plastic or silicone. Depending on the material we have a set of stringent procedures to make sure all toys are properly cleaned and disinfected. We use a combination of eco-friendly spray (Babyganics Toy cleaner), special dishwasher type machine and UV-treatment machines. We guarantee the toys to be absolutely clean and safe to use.

Which brands of toys do you have?

When we select our brand partners we look at the following criteria:

  • Are the toys manufactured in a sustainable way?
  • Have they done all required safety testing to make sure the toys are safe?
  • Do they enhance creativity and unstructured play?
  • Would we buy this brand ourselves?

The brands that currently have passed our criteria are PlanToys, MOLUKGreen Toys, Fat Brain Toys, Hape, Melissa & Doug, and The Manhattan Toy Company.

What if I have multiple kiddos?

The silver and gold subscriptions are suitable for families with multiple kiddos. After subscribing we will ask you to fill in the details of your kiddos and we'll make sure you'll receive age-appropriate toys for each of your kiddos.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel anytime before your membership is due to renew. You will find all your subscription details in your account.

What if my kiddo doesn’t like the toys?

Although rare this could happen of course. Just send us a message and we’ll happily exchange the toy for another one.

Do you accept my used toys in exchange for a free membership?

We love the idea of recycling and not wasting toys! Please send us a message with your used toys and we'll happily include them in our Toys Club in exchange for a membership. However, to guarantee the safety and integrity of our club, we currently only accept the following brands and the toys have to be in good condition:

If you have toys from a different brand that you think would be suitable for the Toys Club, please send us a message and we'll decide on a case-by-case basis. You can also contact us to donate any toys to the Maria Cristina Foundaton.

For which age is the toys club?

We have toys suitable for kiddos from 0 months - 5 years old.

Where do I enter the age of my children?

We will send you an email after you order the subscription with instruction on how to get started. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder.

What happens if my child breaks a toy?

We understand that toys break sometimes and we will not charge you for this unless there’s evidence of abusing the toy. All we ask for is that you take care of the toys as you would if they were your own. If a toy breaks please inform us as soon as you can.

What happens if I loose a toy or a part?

If a toy or part of a toy gets lost we will review this on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to ask you to pay for the replacement value. Factors we will take into consideration are: Age of the toy, is the toy still usable with the missing part or is the complete toy lost, number of lost toys since joining the toys club. Please inform us as soon as you can when a toy or part is lost.


What is your return and exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 365 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked. The complete return and exchange policy can be found here.

How do I order a gift for someone?

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. Please send us a message and we will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package and wrap it nicely.

Do you price match?

Yes, we will price match other UAE retailers, please have a look at are our criteria for price matching.

  1. The product must be the identical size/colour, make and model.
  2. It must be in stock at the other UAE retailer and delivery must be possible within the timescales we offer.
  3. The price must be the full price offered to all customers, not a personal price to you as part of a reward or any similar scheme. Except...
  4. ...if this is your 1st order with us we will match any introductory offer another retailer has for their new customers on the product in question.
  5. Delivery charges will be taken into account when calculating the price to match.
  6. If the retailer does not offer Free Returns as we do, we will also factor in the return cost the retailer specifies on their website (or if they don't we will add AED 20 nominal amount)
  7. If the retailer is a different type of trader to us such a membership club or a pre-owned, outlet store, or is in administration or closing down we won't be able to price match them.
  8. We take into account any KIDDOS Rewards (such as our first order discount) into the price match - so we can't apply them on top of any price matched price.

My order is a gift. Do you gift wrap?

Yes, we do! Leave a note on your order and we'll make sure your gift looks fabulous.

Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?

If you'd like a replacement, send us a message before you return your unwanted item; we'll then check what you'd like is in stock and arrange the replacement for you.

How can I change my order?

We recommend emailing or contacting us via chat immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.


How long will it take to get my order?

All our orders will be delivered the next business day if placed before 3 pm. More information about our delivery can be found here.

What are the shipping rates?

We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. Right now, we offer free shipping for orders AED 100 and over. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of 20AED for shipping for anything else. Toys Club shipments are always free.

Where do you ship?

We ship all around the UAE.


What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Our payment provider is Stripe, one of the leading companies in this field. All our payments are safe and your data is encrypted using the latest technologies.

For your convenience, we also accept Cash on delivery. Please note that Cash on delivery is not available for the Toys Club memberships.

How safe is it to order online?
