1. Overview

KIDDOS Toys Club is a brand operated by Creative Generation Trading LLC (“KIDDOS”, “we”, “us”). We are a premium toy rental subscription service for children aged 0–6 in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription Terms

Monthly Plan

Billed every month. Cancel anytime — no lock-in, no penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your toys until then.

6-Month Prepaid Plan

Pay for 5 months upfront (1 month free). The subscription runs for the full 6-month term. You may pause or freeze your subscription (see below).

12-Month Prepaid Plan

Pay for 10 months upfront (2 months free + 1 freeze month included). The subscription runs for the full 12-month term.

3. Exchanges & Toy Selection

Monthly Exchange

Each subscription includes 1 free toy exchange per month. Unused exchange credits do not carry over — they reset every month. You can reserve toys up to 5 days before your exchange date.

Large Toy Limits

Each exchange includes a set number of toys based on your plan. To ensure a balanced mix and fair availability for all subscribers, large toys (such as play kitchens, activity walkers, and rocking horses) are limited per exchange:

  • 3–4 toys per exchange: Maximum 1 large toy
  • 5–7 toys per exchange: Maximum 2 large toys
  • 8–9 toys per exchange: Maximum 3 large toys

Remaining toys can be any size. You can choose your toys via our AI recommendations or browse the catalog yourself.

4. Freeze Month Policy

A freeze month lets you pause your exchanges for one month while keeping your current toys. The frozen month does not count toward your subscription term — your subscription extends by one month.

  • 12-month subscribers: 1 free freeze month included. Activate it anytime from your portal.
  • 6-month subscribers: Purchase a freeze month for AED 50. Available from your portal.
  • Monthly subscribers: Freeze is not available. You can pause or cancel instead.

During a freeze, exchanges are disabled. Your subscription automatically resumes after the freeze month ends. Each subscription allows a maximum of one freeze.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly Plans

Cancel anytime. No refund for the current month. Your toys stay with you until the end of your paid period.

Prepaid Plans (6-Month & 12-Month)

Prepaid plans run for their full term and are non-refundable, with one exception: if you are leaving the UAE, we offer a pro-rated refund for remaining unused months. You must provide your UAE visa cancellation document as proof.

To request a refund, email hello@kiddostoysclub.com with your visa cancellation document attached.

6. Subscription Transfer

If you can't continue your subscription, you can transfer your remaining months to a friend or family member instead of cancelling. This is available on 6-month and 12-month prepaid plans.

To arrange a transfer, contact us at hello@kiddostoysclub.com with the new subscriber's name, email, phone number, and children's details.

7. Toy Care & Responsibility

Inspection on Receipt

Upon receiving your toys, you must inspect them and notify us within 24 hours of any missing parts, damaged parts, or other issues. Reports made after 24 hours may be treated as damage or loss occurring during your rental period.

Your Care Obligations

Normal wear and tear is expected and accepted. You are responsible for keeping toys in good condition during your rental period. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Water damage or exposure to liquids
  • Bite marks, chew marks, or teeth impressions
  • Damage from throwing, dropping, or rough handling
  • Marker, pen, paint, or sticker residue
  • Any other significant damage beyond normal play wear

Lost Toys & Missing Parts

  • Lost toy: Charged at 75% of the retail price.
  • Missing parts: Charged as per the parts list available in the portal with every toy.
  • If you find a lost part after being charged, contact us — we'll issue a credit to your account.

Toy Return & Pickup Policy

When you cancel or pause your subscription, we will schedule a pickup to collect all toys from your home. If we attempt to collect your toys and are unable to do so on two separate occasions, you will have 24 hours to contact our support team to arrange an alternative pickup time.

If we do not hear from you within 24 hours after the second failed pickup attempt, you will be charged the full replacement fee (100% of retail price) for all unreturned toys. This policy ensures fair access to our toy inventory for all subscribers.

To avoid replacement charges, please ensure someone is available to hand over the toys during scheduled pickup times, or contact our support team in advance to arrange a suitable time or drop-off location.

8. Liability & Safety

All toys are professionally cleaned and inspected before each rental. However, as the parent or legal guardian, you are solely responsible for:

  • Inspecting each toy before allowing your child to play with it.
  • Ensuring toys are age-appropriate for your child and used under proper supervision.
  • Checking for loose parts, wear, or any condition that could pose a safety risk.

Creative Generation Trading LLC, its employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, harm, or damage caused by or related to the use of rented toys. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for supervising your child's use of all toys.

9. Delivery & Parking

Deliveries are made to your door for both apartment buildings and villas. For apartment buildings, we ask that you provide a free parking option for our driver (e.g. visitor parking, a building bay, or temporary street parking).

  • You can add parking instructions in your profile to help our driver find the best spot.
  • If no free parking is available at your building, you will need to meet our driver at the building entrance to receive your delivery.
  • Clear parking instructions help ensure smooth, on-time deliveries every month.

10. Privacy & Data

We use Stripe for payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant) and never store your card details. Your personal information is encrypted at rest and in transit, and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

You can export all your data or request account deletion from your profile settings at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
